Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) Manual
In terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA), this manual sets out the information required by Fractional Automations (Pty) Ltd.

2. Purpose of This Manual
This manual is published to assist members of the public who wish to request access to records held by Fractional Automations in terms of PAIA.
3. Records Held
Fractional Automations holds records relating to its operations, clients, service providers, employees, and financial affairs. Access to these records is provided in accordance with PAIA and applicable privacy laws.
4. Requesting Access to Information
Requests for access to records must be made in writing using the prescribed PAIA form and submitted to the information officer. We will respond in accordance with the timeframes and procedures set out in PAIA.
5. Fees
A request fee and access fee may be payable as prescribed under PAIA regulations. Fees will be communicated upon receipt of a request.
